As a lifetime juggler I so appreciate somebody taking a stand for this perspective. You hear over and over again that multi-tasking is bad and doesn't work. But what is lost on most is that being able to switch one's undivided focus more rapidly and manage that intentionally is good and possible. Have you delved into the multitasking research? How do you square what you're saying against it? I need help arguing for the truth of what you're saying when the subject comes up.

Oh no I haven’t looked into that research. Do you have anything? I got the idea from a real estate agent I follow, Ryan Serhant. He always talks about “keeping as many balls in the air as possible”, meaning deals and clients.

No, I don't really. It's a subject that interests me, but I'd be starting from scratch with research.
